Announcing the “Put Cancer Behind You” Blog

Welcome to the launch of my blog for Put Cancer Behind You (PCBY), a kind of journal about my journey through and beyond cancer. When I put myself into remission from terminal Stage IV metastatic breast cancer, I had no idea how it happened. Quite frankly, I was as surprised as anyone, and it took me a while to connect the dots. Once I did, I felt compelled to let others know how I got healthy and continue to stay that way. If you’re a cancer survivor or patient, I hope these musings help you navigate your own way forward.

Despite what anyone has to say about cancer, it’s been one of the best things that ever happened to me. Although I laugh half-heartedly about that, it’s true. Being told I could not be cured is what finally led me to get serious about cleaning up “the stuff” that had resulted in a less than optimal life. It pushed me to acknowledge that the work I needed to do to improve everything, and especially my health, was an inside job.

Before the disease, I viewed everything out in the world as separate from myself and believed that experiences happened to me. What showed up in my life seemed to be happenstance, mostly based on good luck, bad luck or coincidence. It never once occurred to me that I could control any of it, let alone create it. That has changed.

We all deserve to live happy, healthy lives. Although free will is a powerful gift, it’s not one we’ve been taught to use effectively. Thanks to cancer, I’m changing that. Every day, I’m choosing to use my free will to maintain the energetic frequency I need to stay well. It’s this simple process of how to attract and integrate energetic upgrades that I look forward to sharing with you. So, welcome to my blog and buckle up! It’s going to be a powerful ride.
